At IvCB, Fons Cazius advises organisations on public affairs and strategic stakeholder management. In doing so, he uses his extensive experience in public affairs and policy development for healthcare organisations.
Previously, Fons worked as an advisor on international affairs at the Innovative Medicines Association. In that position, he often worked from Brussels, advising the organisation on important developments in international laws and regulations. Prior to that position, he was a policy officer at the HagaZiekenhuis, where he made policy for patient participation, among other things.
Fons studied Medicine and Health, Economics, Policy & Law at Erasmus University in Rotterdam. He also took a public affairs course at Leiden University.
In his spare time, Fons enjoys cycling and making a podcast about local politics in Rotterdam.
I like to build bridges between civil society organisations and politics
