Online marketplace Amazon asks IvCB for help to build its position in the Dutch market.

Challenge 1 is to investigate the chances of developing its own marketplace for the Netherlands. Challenge 2 is to develop a strategy for a successful launch of that marketplace. In both steps, they could well use our help. It leads to a nice multi-year cooperation.
